GENERAL TERMS

-I may reject a commission for any reason-TOS and other information (prices, commission types, etc.) are subject to change

PAYMENT

-Payment must be 100% upfront-Your order will not be worked on until payment is received-Do not send payment before I have approved your order and requested payment-Payment is only accepted through PayPal-Payment is accepted in CAD (Canadian dollar), if your local currency is not the CAD price listed, please convert your local currency of the equivalent price to CAD-No refunds unless I am somehow unable to complete your paid commission-No discounts

PROCESS

-Estimated time to finish your order is 1-7 days (depending on work load)-Please provide reference and a description of the character(s) that will allow me to inference what you are envisioning-If you want something more specific (such as a pose, prop, canvas size, etc) please add that to your references and/or description-After your payment, your commission will be worked on, you will receive a sketch work-in-progress (WIP) of your commission and will be able to give me feedback before I start the line art-Finish product will include watermark

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

-You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social accounts-You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)-You may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to Print on Demand (POD) services, making prints for selling, etc.) unless you have paid 2x of the original price-I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.-I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)-I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books-Using the copyrighted artwork commercially (without paying 2x the original price of the commission), claiming the art work as your own, altering the artwork without my consent is considered copyright infringement
